First, the pretzels where baked in the oven for 15 on 400 degrees. The pretzels came out nice and crunchy. After cutting in and taking a bite, we where very surprised. There was hardly any sauce in side, so the pretzel was very dry. And the taste....we can only describe as baked cardboard. Very bland, tasted almost freezer burnt. We suggest staying far away from Kim and Scott's Gourmet Pretzels. Waste of money and time.

Dear Fat Pride Times,
We were very sorry to hear you had a negative experience the first time you tried our pretzels. We want you to know that we take our customers' opinions and reviews very seriously, so the second we read this review, we met as a team to further investigate this issue.
Because our pretzels are made up of several components, we try and recommend a specific cooking procedure to ensure our consumers always have the best results in taste. On the back of our packaging, we recommend cooking our frozen pretzels at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes (6-7 minutes if the pretzels have been thawed.)
These instructions help ensure our pretzels come out of the oven nice and crunchy with a savory filling. When we cooked our pretzels at 400 degrees like you did the first time you tried our pizza pretzel, we could not agree with you more. They definitely came out without that same yummy filling and delicious crunch!
We hope you'll try our pretzels again when they are prepared with our recommended heating instructions. In the meantime, we'd love to send over a few coupons to make up for your first Kim and Scott's experience. Hopefully with the right cook time, you'll have a much different opinion the second time around.
You can send your information to kasey@kimandscotts.com and she will set everything up for you. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the poor experience, and we look forward to hearing your second review!
Best wishes,
The Kim and Scott's Team
