This picture is a chance to see what we do all day long at the Fat Pride Test Kitchen, which is located 700 feet below ground. This meal was sliced chicken breast meat with potatoes, green beans and curry spices. Note that we served it up on paper plates, a behavior that some think is brilliant and others ignorant. This post is now open for debate via your comments on paper plates - yay or nay.

I need a real gd plate for my meals. Jesus Christ.
That test kitchen is the real gd deal. 4 people died lowering the Viking ranges into place, not to mention that gas leak that took several months to track down. We all had visions.

i once had some curry at a place called Chutney in san francisco. they serve it with twigs in it. i would rather eat off a paper plate than eat twigs at some artsy farsty joint.
Thai Classic in SLO, CA (LUNCH) --> Red Beef Curry --> $6.00 --> Fills up your gut.
I once ate curry with a twig as silverware.
Curiously the cheap stuff - paper plates, plastic utensils - can make the food taste better. Like eating with your fingers.
Remember: you cannot drop and break a paper plate or a plastic cup.
