Everyone here loves the stuffed and fried jalapenos. Cheddar or sour cream is up for debate as well as the establishment serving them. Management has arranged for a third neutral non-binding arbitration party to meet with all of us to come to some sort of agreement to disagree on the cheddar/sour cream debate. Sir, I am a man of the road and I am not down with your take. Loves the jalapenos - not pronounced jah-lap-a-knows, but hal-a-penos. Respect your take, but disgaree.

Cheddar on the inside - with sour cream to dip them in. The best of both worlds!
I once heard a tale of a fried jalepeno popper that had cheddar and bacon inside. Never found or had it myself, but it sounds amazing.

Oops i forgot to mention, Its a toss up between cheddar and sour cream, there is a time and place for both. But no matter what, i prefer to dip my poppers in ranch.
