It's good to get some more FP Times ink! here's the recipe for anyone interested
ingredients: -8 oz ziti (half box) -24 (26?) oz jar pasta sauce, i like bertolli tomato & basil -sliced mozzarella (usually comes in packs of 11) -1 lb. ground beef -salt & pepper -italian seasonings
directions: cook ziti at full boil for 11 minutes; drain. brown hamburger, add salt, pepper, and italian seasonings to taste; drain. cook the sauce over medium heat until it starts to bubble, add hamburger and let simmer for a while. combine ziti with meat/sauce mixture and spread half of it in a glass baking dish. top with 5 slices of moozadell. pour the remaining half of the ziti mixture on top of that, and add the rest of the 6 slices of moozadell on top of that. cover with foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. remove cover and broil for 3-4 minutes or until cheese gets golden brown and splotchy.
