Sandwich Making 101

The above photos show the before and after (the prep and results) of a professional style sandwich made in the home. This one used a cheese, onion and jalapeno bagel as the foundation. Lean Pastrami. Fat free cream cheese as well as real deal cheddar. Thousand Island dressing and red onion. If you get stuck, email me and I can walk you thru it.
