Regular Reader Crim's Chunky Meat Sauce Over Cellentani Recipe

This recipe is actually very simple. Brown up some ground beef in a skillet. Seasoning doesn't have to be anything special, just some salt and pepper. Add some Prego Sauce, traditional flavor, which can be found in any supermarket. Then you can add as much sauce onto the meat as you prefer.

You can even chop some onions or green peppers to add to the sauce. Let it all simmer for around a half hour or longer if possible. The longer the better. Cook your favorite pasta and use the pasta as a bed for the sauce. Some freshly grated parmigiano reggiano can be put on top of the sauce. That cheese is VERY expensive, but it is amazing with tomato sauce.
