Just showing off what our acquisitions department purchased recently here. This a 2 1/2 pound bag of this limited edition offering from Tillamook Cheese. This batch comes shredded and is made from extra sharp white cheddar aged 3 years and medium white cheddar aged over 100 days.Yes, it is absoulutely excellent. We are saving the label to frame and hang in our test kitchens.
